I am using Edge, with a screen resolution of 3000x2000 (recommended) on a small 13 inch Surface laptop. My scaling is set to 250% because at this native resolution things are too small. Your site is the only one that this seems to mess up. The “Bulk Monitor” controlls disappear completely. If I drop the browser scaling down to 90% I can then see the controlls again. Or I have to go into my display settings and lower my screen scaling.
