Paypal or other ways of payment without credit card#1412

I would pay you for a minimum plan, but I won’t pay overseas with a credit card.
This is due to problems I had with LogMeIn nearly tripling their prices with no prior notice and me having no recourse to recover the money.
With PayPal I can check to see if anyone has added me to a subscription and stop the next one. I don’t actually allow overseas subscriptions for this reason - one off payments when I’m invoiced is the way to go.
I understand that PayPal has given you some problems in the past so I’m not sure what other options there are.
