Description for Status Page, Why a service was down#134

I think, in Case one of my services goes down, it would be nice to add a Reason and a Solution why the Service was down. To be enabled optionally and written by the User.

Could look like this:

Service MyAwesomeWebservice was down on 12-26-2021

Reason: The trainee accidentally pulles the Plug for the Server while reparing the UPS

Solution: Fire the Trainee and Hire more experienced Administrators
