Support for Redirect Monitoring#117

I want to know the first HTTP status code given, not the final destination HTTP status code. So I want to see that something has been 301’d. Ideally I could set up a check that would notify if if there were more than 1 hop as well, so anything other than a 301 to a 200 would be a fail. This is needed for monitoring legacy site URLs to ensure they have been correctly set up to transfer SEO credit.
