Announcements are sorted descending by title - this doesn't make sense#1159

The new UI has Announcements sorted descending by title - this doesn’t make sense.- It makes more sense to sort them descending by their publication date, as in the old UI. Or at least provide a way to select which column to sort by. Thanks!
