Incident Comments#1027


Would be nice to open an ongoing incident and manually type out information regarding said incident. For example, a hosting provider had a full outage on a server that a domain is hosted on. They are fixing the server and moving our domain to a different server later, but I can’t add this info into the incident so I have to provide a secondary document to my clients when telling them of said incident.
